Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

The short version: the Bahaboa app has no accounts and no ads, and doesn't track you across other apps or websites. Your progress is saved on your device. We collect anonymous usage data to make the game better, and we never sell it.

This policy covers the Bahaboa app for iPhone and Android, the web version at demo.bahaboa.com, and this website ("Bahaboa", "we", "us"). If you have questions, email support@bahaboa.com.

What stays on your device

Your levels, scores, streak, practice minutes and answer history are saved on your device so the app can pick problems at the right difficulty and show your progress. Deleting the app, or tapping Settings → Reset progress, erases them. We don't keep a backup, so they can't be restored.

What we collect

When you use Bahaboa, it sends us anonymous usage data:

This data is tied to a random ID created by the app, not to your name, email or the advertising identifier on your phone.

The app and the web version may also record sessions: what's on screen, what you type and where you tap or click, so we can see where the game is confusing.

This website and the web version

How we use it

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with data brokers.

Who processes it for us

How long we keep it

Session recordings are deleted after 30 days. Other usage data is kept for as long as it helps us improve the game, and is deleted on request.

Your choices and rights

Children

Bahaboa is made for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
